_Marie Antoinette Riana Graharani known as The Sacred Riana is a magician and illusionist from Indonesia. She was born on July 13, 1992 in Jakarta of Indonesia.

Riana idolized American magician David Copperfield. Her long-haired stage persona is inspired by Sadako Yamamura, the antagonist of the Ringu series of films.

Riana always stands with one of her legs bent and a flat facial expression and appears with a doll named Riani which has the similarity to 'Annabelle', a supernatural horror film which was a prequel to 2013's 'The Conjuring' movie.

Her debut television show was The Next Mentalist, a magic competition show by Deddy Corbuzier on November 17, 2013 where she attracted the peoples heart very successfully. She would go on to become the show's runner-up, successfully attracting the attention of the Indonesian public with her unique appearance.

In 2017 she became the winner after beating the Filipino hip-hop dance group DM-X Comvaleñoz based on the audience votes in the grand final of the second season of Asia's Got Talent. There have been over 70 million views on Facebook and YouTube of her magic performances onstage.

On 21 August 2018, during the America's Got Talent quarterfinals live show, Riana's act was abruptly cut to black and a commercial break before the end of her performance, which confused many viewers about what had just happened and quickly provoked a huge question on social media, but according to a set of production notes which have been posted on Twitter, the dramatic cut-to-black moment was actually part of the plan all along.

Personal Information

Riana was born to Indonesian Parents, he father's name is Christianity Yuniarto. She is a very quiet girl by nature. She has black hair and black eyes, her zodic sign is cancer.

Riana joined several talent search shows as a guest and also became a judge in 'The Great Magician show'. The Sacred Riana competed on Britain's Got Talent: The Champions in 2019. She was eliminated in the Preliminaries.

Sacred Riana also appeared on two episodes of Masters Of Illusion in 2020, with the first having occurred in Late May, and the second having occured in Mid June.

Education

Riana attened St. Ursula Catholic School in Jakarta, Indonesia. Later she studied at University of Bunda Mulia, North Jakarta.

Riana was nominated for the 'Talent Recap Fan Choice Awards' under the category 'Breakout Talent Show Star' in 2018 'America's Got Talent' show.
